Vmware Interview Experience and Placement Procedure Overview

Following is the recruitment Procedure of Vmware:-

Aptitude and Coding Test.
Technical Interview Round-1.
Technical Interview Round-2.
Managerial Round.
HR Round.

Round-1: Aptitude Test

In The aptitude Test there are 4 sections:

Quantitative aptitude and Reasoning- 10 Question 15 minutes
- Questions on Data Interpretation
- Maths Questions.
- Difficulty Level- Moderate.
Technical Questions- 40 Questions
- Questions on- Operating System, Computer Network, Data Structures, Testing.
Coding Test- 1 Question
- Given the two String, you have to calculate the distance between them.
Language-Based Question
- You have to choose two languages from given 4(c/c++/java/python).

The result was declared after 3 days of aptitude test, Vmware Team came to Ramdeobaba college of engineering and Management they brief about their company and declared the result on spot, Soon after Result Declaration they started Interview.

Means if your code is executed and you know that you will be shortlisted start preparing for the interview. You will be having at least Three days for Interview preparation.

After Aptitude Test 32 Students were Shortlisted, 16 boys and 16 girls.

Round-2: Technical Interview(1 Hour-2 Hour)

Round 2 was Technical Round, Following are the Question asked.

Your Technical Proficiency.
Some basic programming Question

Interviewer Asked Me about My Project in Details So you must prepare in depth about your projects.

Based on Technical-1 Round Performance You will either have Managerial Round or Technical Round 2. So I was having Technical Round 2

Round-3: Technical Round 2

Actually in each round they write something in your resume and then pass your resume to next panel, So they again test your weak point in this round, Suppose in previous round if you were not able to answer some question note it down and prepare that question because they will surely ask question on that.

Round-4: Managerial Round

This round generally focuses on Your projects, So you must prepare in depth about your projects. You may face some technical questions too.

Round-5: HR Round

This round was purely HR based, Question asked are:

Tell me about Your Family background?
Your Experience in Previous Rounds?
Placement Offers if any?
Why Computer Science?
Why Vmware?
