Xoriant Interview Experience and Placement Procedure| Overview.

Following are the rounds:

Aptitude Test.
Group Discussion.
Technical Interview Round.
HR Round.
Managerial Round.

Round 1: Aptitude Test- 90 (Minutes)

This round consists of Online Aptitude Test. Question Asked were in mixed fashion there was no proper format in which questions are asked.

Questions are:

Quantitative aptitude.
Logical Questions.
Verbal Questions.
Coding Question -2
Technical MCQ.(Java,c,c++ etc)

For the preparation of this round I will suggest you Indiabix and Rs Agrawal for Aptitude. And for technical MCQ go for Sanfondry.

Round 2: Group Discussion.

Those who cleared the aptitude round, They were divided into group of 7-8 for Group discussion.

The topic for group discussion- Is the privatization of all government sector is a good idea or not?

Some useful Tips:

Try to start the Group discussion.
At least add 2-3 valid points.
Try to encourage others to speak.
Don’t speak in the middle.
Try to conclude Group discussion.

Out of 7 only 2-3 are taken forward.

Round 3: Technical Interview.

In this round questions will be entire on what you have written in your resume. So please do not over state the things that you don’t know in resume.

In My technical Proficiency, I have written Java and SQL, so mostly question were on Java and SQL.

Here are the questions:

Tell me about Yourself?
Your Technical Proficiency?
- It can be java,c,c++ etc.
What are the oops concepts?
Explain abstraction in real life?
Some java codes
Question on Data structure.
Some Questions were on Operating System.
logical Questions
- Like how may cut will require to cut the cake in 8 pieces
Some situational based questions.
And finally Questions on the project.
- They will ask your project in deep.

Round 4: HR Round.

This round consists of basic HR Questions. Please be genuine while giving answers.

Questions are:

Tell me about Yourself apart from your resume.
Your family background.
Strength and Weakness
Some Situational Question.
- Like if you and your colleague on-boarded on the project and 80 percentage work you did and 20 percentage of work is completed by him, But at the time of presentation you got sick and could not come for presentation, so your colleague demonstrated that 80 percentage work he did and 20% you at this situation what you will you do?
Some more complex situation questions.

Round 5: Managerial Round
