As a QA Engineer, you will be crucial in continuously enhancing our products and collaborating with subject matter experts across different functions. Responsibilities:

• Continuously learn new tools and contribute to the optimization of the test framework
• Conduct and report on tests for products developed by the Product Engineering team
• Work autonomously, following given instructions, and provide prompt updates to the manager without micromanagement
• Test features, regressions, and the overall system
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures for our crypto products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience with the complete test life cycle, including test planning, test design, test case creation/maintenance, test automation, execution, and reporting
• Proficient in Java with a working knowledge of Scala
• Experience with Kotlin is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as REST Assured, Postman, and Selenium
• Experience working in an Agile development process (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban)
• Collaborate with other teams (Test.IO, external groups, business, customers) to facilitate end-to-end testing
• Familiarity with version control systems like Github, Gitlab, Perforce, Jenkins
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Note: This job requires a significant overlap with the U.S./Kenyan time zones.
