Jade Global Interview And Placement Procedure Overview

1st round Aptitude Test.
2nd round Personal Interview.
3rd round Group Discussion.

Step-1 Aptitude Test

Jade Global takes a test on a portal called Myanatomy.
Test consists of the following sections:
- Quantitative analysis, Logical reasoning, Communication skills
You can prepare aptitude from Indiabix or RS Agrawal.
The difficulty level was easy to moderate.

Step-2 Personal Interview

The second round was the personal interview and as per me you have to be confident in what you say. You have to be adaptive whatever they ask or demand example are-

Will you work in shifts?
Will you be comfortable to work in any of our departments?

Your answer must be Yes Always, You can tell your strengths or reflect your strengths in these types of questions.

You have to be thorough in what you have mentioned in your resume. For eg they asked me about events I participated in, My roles and my designation in organizing committee, What was my role in those events, etc.

They will ask you about your family background,One more question added here, Will you be comfortable in migrating to other city or country for work.

However I cleared this Round.

Step 3- Group Discussion.

In GD topic of discussion was scope of sports in India.

In GD there are certain rules that have to be followed-

You will never look to the panelist while giving GD.
Always try to start and conclude.
If you missed starting and ending never mind say some valid 3-4 points and this will save you.
Don’t be quiet.
Try to mention a point which will be a turn for a GD on your side, Means your point should be discussed by other delegates also.
You must be confident about what you say.
You can include recent current trends, figures statistics in the discussion this gives a very positive impact.
If you see someone is not speaking in the GD give him/her a chance and show your leadership skills for example:- you will say mam or Sir is trying to speak something please let them put forward their point.
