Step-1: Aptitude Test
- Company is having there own platform to conduct test.
- Test has two Sections.
- Section 1- Maths(Quantitative Aptitude).
- Section 2- Java Pseudo Code
Test was pretty simple to clear, RS Argrawal and Indiabix is sufficient to crack aptitude test.
But Java Pseudo code test was pretty difficult, i.e you need to practice for it. I will suggest you examveda for java pseudo code practice.
Around 400 students participated in the process, only 30 and cleared the test and luckily I was one of them. Because of the Java Pseudo code test most of the students couldn’t make for the next round.
Step-2: Technical Interview.

First of all, they will ask you to introduce yourself, When you try to tell them the language you are comfortable they will interrupt in between.
I like told him I am good at Java, so without asking a single minute he started asking questions:
- What are the concepts of OOps?
- What is abstraction explain it with a real-life example, also code for the same?
- Write a Logic to Find the highest number in the Array?
- In the end he asked in to explain my project, the methodology used, and the future scope of the project are some questions.
Result declared just after Technical interview, And I was Selected, I noted that they are paying attention to the communication skills of students also.
Step-3: HR Interview.
In HR interview they just tested whether a candidate suited for organization or not and yes communication skills also.
Questions asked were:
- Tell me something about yourself, Apart from whatever written in your resume.
- Tell something about your family background.
- The worst situation you experienced, and how you recover from it.
- Some Questions are on, Are you willing to shift?
Result declared after HR round,only 8 of us was selected.
It was general HR round nothing special about it, my only advice is just stay confident.Prepare for any one language(c,java,python) at least.
