Career Guidance After 10th,

One of the most difficult tasks after passing the 10th standard is to decide whether to choose science, commerce, arts, or humanity stream. Don’t worry you are not alone we all once in our life have gone through this difficult phase.

Here is the guide that will help you to choose your career path wisely, If you still find it difficult to decide you must ask advice from a career counselor.

Who are career counselors?

Career counselors are specially trained person who advises and guide students to take their career choices. They may take some tests and after assessment of these tests, they will suggest which career path is suitable for students.

Common Mistake Made by Students

Here the following common mistake that students do while choosing their career path after 10th standard.

1. Peer Pressure

Most of the time parents try to pressurize their wards to choose the career paths as they decide. If a student XYZ wishes to pursue a career in the art stream, so instead of encouraging their ward, parents may force their ward to pursue in the science stream or commerce.

Indian people think that pursing a career only in science and commerce will land you a good job. But that’s totally baseless, I can list thousands of people who choose arts as their career and are earning in 7 figures.

2. Following your Friends

This mistake is done by most of the students. Suppose your best friend decided to take the commerce stream after 10th, and without self-analysis, you also decided to follow your friend.

Then this is the worst mistake you will be making, following what your friend does, will not make your career, but following your passion will. if you have a passion for science and at present, you are doing commerce then you will be no less than Farhan of 3 idiots.

And our world-famous Ranchodas Chanchad has said, “If Follow your Passion then Excellence will Follow you”.

So please choose your passion as career.
